Dull floors in the kitchen area

2005 Fleetwood Flair and my off white floor is off dirty. After I scrub it, what is the best product to restore the gloss/shine?

Hi
If you have a vinyl floor that should have a permanent shine and have been indeed scrubbing it with some sort of brush, you may have taken the surface off it. If this is not the case use Armstrong clean and shine, you just spray on the floor and it will remove dirt and leave a nice shine behind.
If the surface is damaged you can coat it with polyurethane to restore the no wax surface ...or replace the floor....
