I would either hold the sewage to my next trip or drive the 20 miles and pay the $20.

Exactly why I installed a depression era dump station at my house. If the lines are long at the dump station, I just head for the house and dump at home. I have been doing this since the mid seventies. No problems.

Well, somewhere in this early era, I ended up parked in the driveway with plenty of stuff in the black tank. By doing several trips, I filled the bucket, dumped and flushed it down the basement garage toilet, and emptied the tank....
So George, you make multiple trips with a 5 gallon bucket full of raw sewage down the stairs in your house? You have a lot more confidence in your coordination than I have in mine!
