It's all about the chassis isn't it?
Dynamax really makes two platforms ... the Freightliner M2 and then then rev on the new little dodge frame.
From what I understand the Freightliner M-2 Chassis is outstanding! The small dodge is so new, I haven't read anything really about it yet...
These are two incredibly different platforms ---- like the difference between a boat and an airplane..
The dynamax's are not inexpensive, but I do (personally) like the front engine design that's well known to a LOT of truck mechanics. This is basically on a large box truck frame, so it's a familiar chassis --- opposed to the Class A Buses that sometimes haphazardly slam an engine into a tight compartment in the back. Some are easier to work on and maintain than others.
I also think they do a bang up job on fit and finish. I looked at these seriously a year ago, and was quite impressed.
MHSRV.com is a great place to shop for them.

And if I recall, years back they made a version on a ford E450 chassis?? They obviously don't make that any more.... soo.... not sure what that says about it...
