E-Mail Scam

Just a warning of a new scam going around. I've recieved two e-mails this week asking me to open an attachment on them . One was supposedly from FedeX telling me of a package they've been unable to deliver, I guess not since we fulltime, and to open the attachment to get the invoice number. The other from a so called EZ Pass manager of an unpaid toll, and for me to open the attachment to view instructions on how to pay said bill. I wouldn't recommend opening either one of these....just hit delete.

If I don't recognize the email address, I don't even open it. I just delete them. Same with my cell phone, I'll let it go to voice mail. If it's important, they'll leave a message.

Been getting the Fed-Ex/UPS/USPS scam e-mail for several years.. Been sending them to Big-Bucket for the same amount of time.

Haven't seen the EZ-pass one.. (But that would only make me laugh)

Favorite was the one from Bank of America Security (NOT) telling me they were having problems accissing my account to verify security issues.

No (Term describing what goes into black tank, starts with S) I do not doubt they had problems accessing MY Bank of America account.

I DO NOT HAVE ONE.

I use to get calls from Microsoft tell me I have bee hacked and they need to log in my computer to fix it. I act surprised and let them spill there guts and when they think they got me hooked I ask them ok that works for a PC but I have an Apple. 😀
But I do have a PC. I hung up on one guy that spoke bad English trying to tell me I have free money coming to me and about 20 seconds he called me back and chewed me out for hanging up on him.
😂

E-Mail Scam

I have one email for purchases, one for personal. No spam. Ever!
I have an real OLD email, no longer used, that gets full of spam.
Don't click the junk, even on web pages! They capture your email address and browsing history. Set your browser to clear your browsing history when you close the browser. Use a good spam blocker/filter!!!
What I no longer see, unless I look. Hope they are having fun!

I like the email scams from Nigeria pretending to be from anywhere else. With the poor grammar, bad spelling, and letting you know that they have a bazillion dollars for you. Ken use to reply to them, offering to meet them at the airport in London, just as soon as they sent him the ticket to get him there cause he always wanted to go to London and this was his chance to get there. Of course they never replied but he had fun messing with them.
