Hope all is well with the New England contingent. Read somewhere that fracking may be behind the quakes in the East. Plenty of speculation in north Texas around what's causing them here. Pretty rare until lately and always seems to be near fracking areas.

The west has long had shifting plates and known fault lines. Goes with the territory. Don't want to hijack this - but if pumping nasty fluid into ground as a means storage is behind this, better be ready for more because it's likely to continue.

I was out in the RV cleanaing it and parked in the driveway...("dooryard" to you Mainiacs...and I felt the ground move... I was "fortunate" to be camping in Washington DC this past summer and felt the earthquake there. I think that I will avoid the west coast for a while as I am reluctant to push my luck with earthquake visits....LOL!!!!
