Have used a Phillips for the last 10 - 12 years and find I get a clean shave every time. Bought a new one las year - HQ8200 series and it is even better than the old one.

I started out with Norelco but have found the brand of Braun electric shavers have worked the best for me.
Ditto for me. I loved my first Norelco, but after having it rebuilt a couple of times replaced it with a rechargeable triple head. I was never happy with the triple head ...replaced blades and numerous other things to no avail. Finally replaced it with a Braun I loved for many years, and recently got a new rechargeable Braun with more features and the cleaning gizmo ... love it!

I like to have the option of a wet shave. I probably average twice a week wet and the other days with "Lectric Shave". Wet shaves take longer, but I think they're more comforable and closer than dry.

I have used Braun exclusively now for about 30 years. I tried the rotary 3 head models and found they don't get close enough to your nose. The arched blade system of Braun does this well. I also like the trimmer for those nasty nose and ear hairs. (What supreme being thought that was a useful idea anyways)

My take on this for what it's worth.

I've used Norelco, Panasonic, and Braun electric razors. The top of the line Braun, although expensive, is by far the best I've ever used. Great shaves. The Panasonics are the next best, but not even close to a Braun.
