Hmm, now a dilemma. Should I bother cleaning the trailer? Yeah, what the heck. If the big bang comes it won't matter anyway.

I don't have time for the Rapture today. I'm picking up my trailer this morning. I'll probably be free on October 21st, but since that's my littlest guys birthday, I may be having a 6th birthday party, and be unable to attend the end of the world.

If it's december of next year, do I still have to spend a small fortune on Christmas gifts, or can I just make little wings and halos for everyone? I can sew pretty well....

The next EOW, December 21, 2012, was supposedly predicted by the Maya based on when their calendar ends. There's a lot to that but I won't go into the "Sheaf of years" or "Long-count" (totaling right at 5,200 years) and this is the end of the Mayans 2nd calendar.

My theory is the Mayan calendar ends then because all the Mayan calendar-makers are extinct and there's no one left around to update it.

But if there are going to be 200,000 people leaving us today, I sure hope it includes all those idiots in DC (a purely non-partisan statement).

The End.

Let us use statistics - 100% of the people who have predicted the end of the world have been wrong.

Besides, parts of me are still here. Parts of me are somewhere else. Parts of me still work. Parts of me don't.

Just wait Rusty. You're on daylight savings time. 30 more minutes and you're toast.

Harold Camping is the perpetrator of this hoax and he has netted over $80,000,000.00 according to IRS records. What I can't confirm is that his wife Shirley is a bulk distributor of the Tammy Faye line of cosmetics. (Black eye liner available in 55 gallon drums only.)
