Exercise!

Most exercise programs I have seen - require: equipment, space, outdoors, water, younger body or excellent health to start with. I found this Exercise & Physical Activity: Your Everyday Guide from the National Institute on Aging | National Institute on Aging. In my opinion it is a great RV/camping set of exercises. It is designed for seniors but is suitable for all ages. Can be downloaded in PDF or ordered in hard copy. Multiple copies available up to 25 with shipping - and best of all it is FREE!

Hey Chuck,
Good info. How are you and Suzie doing? Are you still in Fla?We are planning on going to Gulf Shores in March for a couple of weeks.Do you still like your MH? I sure it is really nice.I was thinking about getting a new one but when I went to talk to the salesman they didn't want to give me hardly anything for mine so I kinda backed off for awhile.Good Luck and tell Suzie we said hey.

I have a bad back it manifests itself in sore leg muscles and stiffness after driving long periods. I've been trying to do more stretching when behind the wheel. When not in traffic, I move my legs out from under the dash (easier in a DP) and then stretch them every couple of hours. I find I feel better when I stop and get up from behind the wheel. No more walking around like the Hunchback of Notre Dame after a long drive.
