Maybe they have a plow attachment for the drawbar for Spring planting. If that cycle is in a hitch receiver mount, wonder what class hitch it is. Any bumps in the road would be an adventure, also going in/out of driveways.

It is definitely bending either the hitch or the receiver, that is a 5000 lb hitch. The toad is way out of alignment too, to a dangerous point.
This is what they need, Class 5 10 K hitch.Would also take the Allegro from a 24,000 GVW to a 26,000 pound GVW, with the optional Ford 53 chassis springs in the rear. Same rear, same brakes, 2 more leafs.

Several years ago, we bought a used 2001 Mirada. One day when I was working under it running trailer lights, I noticed something very odd, The hitch mount was cracked on both sides where it attaches to the frame.
The cracks appeared to be from the hitch being overloaded, i.e. at some point in its past, the tongue weight was way, way, way to heavy, or a strong leverage was applied, i.e. carrying something very heavy on the hitch.
I was able to repair the hitch by adding a new plate and re-welding the existing mount..

Looking at the railing (just beyond the MH and the toad) it appears the driver is just coming down and out from a slope in the road which (the photo) makes it appear worse than it actually may be albeit I'd agree the MC/lift looks to out of horizontal alignment with the MH. I would agree the hitch receiver/tow bar angle looks to be a bad position but again, suspect its the position at that particular moment more so than the norm when driving on level pavement. Can't comment on the towing capacity, i.e. 5000#'s, but if that's the case then the owner may in fact be overloaded or at best close to the mark.
That's my view and somewhat my experience as we have a 45DP with a Hydralift on the rear while pulling our Jeep SUV behind us so at times depending upon the "dip" the angle(s) can appear to be somewhat compromised or even hazardous. Having awareness of such tends to ensure we slow down and make such maneuvers in a way that returns us to normal height/horizontal towing plane with ease and no ill affect from such.

The RV was at a fairly level fuel bay at a Flying J Travel center. I had just used it myself and was maneuvering to an overnight RV parking spot when I saw him drive in.
The full dressed Harley MC should be standing parallel to the back of the MH.
I was going to take a walk over and possibly speak with the owner, but once I was re-positioned in another spot ( An end spot opened up so my generator wouldn't kill my neighbor ), he was gone.
Its hard to see, but the tow bar angle first caught my eye because its 6 to 8 inches lower at the extended hitch end then the car end.

Well then, there it is..... there are some who will only do it the right way (most of us) and others that don't even consider their own safety a concern.
