I'l bet the assailant has hired an attorney so he could sue the city because the cirb din't have a warning sign painted on it.
If this happened around here the attorneys would be lineing up to handle the case; (and this is no joke)

Actually it's a yes and no. It did happen. The marine stopped him  . The marine did get stabbed  but was not badly injured  . The perp was arrested  , however they did not beat the **** out of him. Darn.
Still; Way to go Marine!!
