From the research I did, it seems that Einstein is credited with the above.

However, earlier than that, Walter Winchell, on his show, indicated that a reporter named Latin asked an army lieutenant who was observing ABomb tests what weopons will be used in WW3, at the end 0f WW2.

He reported said he did not know about WW3, but in the war after, he said they would use spears...
