Should be the politicians who increased the fuel taxes, use the fuel taxes for other than intended purposes, and exempt themselves from the laws they pass.

The FBI came in and locked Don the operation, the same day as the Boston Marathon bombings.

Here in Cleveland where CEO Jimmy Haslam who bought the Cleveland Browns last fall has some explaining to do. The news outlets here had released phone communications where employees where gloating about all the rebate money they screwed trucking firms out of.

Here is the 120 page PDF Affadavit just read down thru it and see what goes on under the table....If any of it is true, heads will roll.....Someone is in deep do do....

I just hope that no RVers got screwed when they had that RV discount card program.

Very interesting reading...it appears to be fairly wide spread throughout the sales organization reaching to the highest levels of the company. Very sad

Who knows...this is a privately held company and after reading the affidavit and all of the upper and middle managers named it could result in one big house cleaning. They have 300 plus locations that I think would continue to operate but I could see some of their major customers moving over to the competition hurting sales for some time to come.

Looks like this has been going on for awhile....business as usual...One of the conversations read something like

"So and so company (trucking company) found out what we were doing, and not giving them their full fuel rebates, so lets throw / cut a check for $1,000,000 at them telling them it was a computer glitch, but in the end we really kept $6,000,000 in fuel rebates that they should have received. We'll just cook the books and mix the figures up and they will never know "

Check the video out. Fox 8 news Flying J / Pilot

Will not hurt me. I'll continue to use them for the convenience of the card and the discount.

To each his own demise. I can live with my decision and I'm sure you can with yours.

Thanks.

Even though their cashiers are rude and not highly trained, I'll still use them for the in/out convenience and the scales across the street.
