Food

What is your favorite meal while camping? Eating out doesn't count.

Hi DRosedale,
2X what Warder posted and add all the side dishes. Macaroni and potato salads, chips, veggie tray and the dip of your choice. To drink, Pepsi (no diet, fully sugared).

Oatmeal cooked over the fire.........it was a staple of camping while growing up, and the taste always brings back a lot of memories .......add coffee, perked/boiled over the fire, now, and I'm in camp heaven.
