While we are not FT'ers and do enjoy traveling, I would never give up our S&B's. I like knowing that it is mine and 'no one' can take it away, yes it is paid for! While we only have 2.5 acres, we do have a nice 1400sf house, a nice shop that I can work on most anything, a safe place to shoot anytime I wish and a place that our two labs can run.
Now that the DW is retired we do plan on traveling a little more, but still like having the home base. I like my winters and still do not mind the snow and putting up with cold temps. I am a winter person anyway as I do not care for the hotter temps.

The main thing we miss is the peace and quiet of the 15 acres we have, and sitting on the couch and looking at the TV straight on without having to turn sideways. But we do love to travel and see this beautiful country.

Yeah, that. We love RVing, but we also love to get HOME. I would never willingly give up our home and have no desire to ever full time. It's a personal choice and that's mine.
