Got sick on green beer once. From then on I allowed it to complete the fermentation process.

My buddy's dad bottled and capped his home brew while still green, figured no one else would want any. He was right.
Oh, on review you meant green beer for mick's day. Now I get it. Green food coloring ruins a perfectly good glass of beer, makes it look downright putrid.
