Traded in my MH for a new-to-me MH at Camping World, Ft. Myers. They actually have two locations, across I75 from each other.
Sort of amateur hour in the office. Not very responsive after the sale.
Service they did on MH was OK.

We had tires put on our Travel Trailer there. As we fullitme, we received permisiion to sit in the truck, with the trailer attached while the work was done.

I was able to watch the whole process, and it was professinally done. They used a torque wrench to insure the proper "tightness"." of the lug nuts. (Something I did not expect them to do.)

I was happy with both price and service there. They beat the local tire stores on price.

Right now with all the snow birds you will stand in line for hours just to get to the service desk.

We have has several oil changes done there (I-75 North side location) and all went well. When we had our class c they did a warranty repair on the roof with no issues.

Personally I would not buy there again. Salesman was OK, but I don't live near Ft. Myers (visiting my son), and had to get a replacement part long distance. It took awhile.
We were in the market for a new unit and wife fell in love with this one, so that is why we bought away from home. DW has to be obeyed. I would have bought from a private party probably.

We bought our motorhome there and thought we got a good deal and was treated really nice. They did everything we asked and did a real thorough walk-thru with us when we took delivery. I think our salesman's name was George and I remember Dixie in the office was real nice.

I have never had any service work done there so I cant comment on that. I do visit that store every year when we go to Ft Myers Beach and pick up odds and ends that I might need (or think I need). The staff there has always been very nice, even printed me a couple of manuals that I had "misplaced" for some appliances.

We had a very bad experience there about a year or two ago. We bought about $100 or so there and they said we could spend the night. We settled in under a tree in the corner next to the repair place next door. Their night watchman (from next door) staying in an old junker class A turned his music on so loud we couldn't even talk inside our coach. I asked him to turn it down. He was drunk and wanted to fight. He stormed off and we moved to Wal-Mart several exits South. I wrote the manager, but never heard a word. My family has lived there since 1920. I told everybody I know to avoid it since they didn't bother to answer. We have stayed at Camping World's all over the US and never had a problem. The one in Salt Lake City even has free electric and water.
