FULL TIMERS: Do you vote in every general election?
This is not intended to be, and should not become, a topic thread where we discuss political differences. I am very interested in gathering enough information to try to find out if the full-time RVrs as a group are a voting block that is significant. If I could get one hundred poll answers, that would be interesting. If I could get one thousand, that would be really cool!
I have read a couple of topic threads where someone has mentioned that full-timers don't vote. I have a hard time believing that since historically, full timers have been largely retired folks, and retired folks have always been a very important group at the polls of general elections.
Please answer the poll question above if you do vote in every general election, whether you vote a completely full ballot or not. It's not that you make a choice for every position, but that you make any choices for candidates for public office and return the ballot.
Thank you for helping me to understand whether we full-timers are an important voting block.

Thanks! Folks, you don't have to leave a comment to vote in the poll.

I vote absentee as a full timer. I get my mail about every 2/3 weeks and my ballot is in there. Err....when voting time comes.

Your poll doesn't allow for the distinction between local elections vs national elections. My feeling, from the folks at Americas Mailbox, is that a much higher percentage of the fulltimers cast votes in any national election, but many skip the purely local elections.

We vote in the national/big elections (governor, senator, president) but do not vote in the local elections. We are not informed enough about issues or candidates to vote for local elections.

Using Tapatalk? I don't see the poll on Tapatalk. If you can, use a laptop or desktop if you'd like to vote.
I don't know Tapatalk doesn't show the poll to me, but I'll try to find out.
Thanks!

General elections, at least where I live, are every year, and every other year there are candidates for Congressional legislators. If you always vote for national offices, please indicate do with a "yes" vote in the poll.
Thanks!

I am using a Lenovo desktop with Win 10 64 bit. I usually see polls okay.

I have AdBlocker and am using Chrome as my browser. Here is the odd thing - the poll box is there now and I haven't changed anything.
