Or better stated, fun with imagination

Has anyone seen this in your travels at Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone NP?

I looked through over 400 photos of Mammoth Hot Springs on Yellowstone'sweb site and didn't see any pictures that matched mine. I also learned after watching their videos that changes could take place daily in what you might see in the formations from time to time.

This is the original picture that was taken in July of this year

I wonder if it will be there the next time I visit the park?

thats pretty good lol

I do that sometimes where I look at something and see a figure that you wouldnt expect to see.

Here is one I took back in Summer of 2004 while in Quebec Canada on a lake

Do you see what I see?

Ruth,

Being from Florida it looks like an alligator to me

You really have to be fast to capture those things in the clouds because they change so rapidly unless you have your camera ready. I see formations all the time but by the time I get my camera they are gone

Brings back memories of when I was a kid, lying on my back in the grass watching the clouds and looking for shapes. Still do it sometimes, although not usually lying on the ground - too hard to get back up.
