I've always gotten a laugh out of my Beaver (actually, it's my wife's, I got the new Beaver for her on Mother's Day)

Do you just wake up one day and say; "Martha, I'm tired of washing and waxing that big ol' barn just to get it filthy the next weekend!"

Incidentally,I think the first vehicle called a "Zephyr" was a British Ford model in the early 1950s. It's up-market cousin was the "Zodiac" and the cheaper version was the "Consul". Lincoln also called one of theirs a "Zephyr" but I'm not sure when it was made.
Lincoln had a Zephyr model starting in 1936, and lasted until the middle/late 40's.

Been traveling and have seen many 'odd' names but the one that brought the biggest chuckle lately was a Sandstorm . It was parked next to a Sandpiper at the Cedar City KOA, Utah. Both 5ers are by Forest River, I've since found out.

I think what happened was, he woke up one morning at the age of 88 and asked Martha, didn't we buy a camper years ago? She replies, I think we left it in the barn.
