General RV of MI, OH and FL

I have found trying to buy a used coach from these people to be a nightmare. Had a deal with salesman Brett Miller and then the supervisor Randy Wilts got involved and killed the deal. I was trading in my Pace Arrow and purchasing an 09 Discovery. After going back and forth for a couple of days we agreed on a number and then they tell me that they had a deposit on the unit all along, although the coach is still listed for sale on the net a week later and has been in their possession for over 2 months. Seems they think they can get more money and will not honor the deal they made. I would strongly recommend not doing business with them if it can be avoided at all. Has anyone else had issues with General RV?

If this is the kind of crappy way they do a deal, I'd run. Plenty of other dealers all over the place. Take your time and get the rig you want... Good luck 😜

I've heard this same story before, but with a different RV dealer. A door closes---a window opens

I had a good expierence with General RV, however have heard stories like this about MANY Dealers, General included.

Man, i can remember when they were a little store called General TRAILER in Ferndale, MI.
