Yesterday I took my wife's car in for a problem and the dealer still has my old truck from June. I think the problem is it is a 2wd and everybody want 4wd. It is a very clean Chevy Duramax (garage kept) with 57000 miles. They gave me a nice discount and within a thousand of what I thought I could get so I traded.

Tom, that sounds like a nice truck. What are they asking for it?

We're talking third party here, hope it doesn't violate IRV2 rules. If it does, I'll submit myself for a severe flogging at the next IRV2 get together.

Donavan, That may be the problem, they are asking $25995 for it. The best from Edmonds was around $22,000. It is a good truck with no problems. I changed the oil every 5k and just had the transmission service for the second time.

Yep I'm with that!

It's costing the dealer money while its sitting there, and the fact that it's getting older and a new model year is out hurts the price more. Make em a offer...the worst thing they can do is say no.
