We have not used GS as of now and hoe we don't have to. We bought our camper from camping world and got GS for three years. I was going to get it anyways just for peace of mind, but we got it "free". I'm sure I paid somewhere for it.

We are new to RV life, The first time out on Memorial Day weekend Sunday on I-90 Montana. Hot, Broken down. But wait I purchased a Good Sam road side assistance towing. And low and behold we needed towed. 22 miles to a RV campground and $600. later all on Good Sam. Well worth the membership!

We've had Good Sam Roadside Service for the past 4 years. Probably used it at least once each year. It also covers your toad. One time they did have to tow the motorhome. It was late on Sat afternoon & we were stuck in traffic. None of the GS people were able to come right away, but the police got on the phone & told them he was calling a certain company & altho we had to pay at that time, we were completely reimbursed. Since it was a Sat evening & no one was open to fix it, we were towed to a campground. Monday morning GS sent another company out to tow us to the repair shop. Those 2 bills were over $1000 & GS paid the whole thing. One thing you do need to know. We had a jack that wouldn't come up no matter what we tried. GS sent us a technician, but we did have to pay his time to remove the jack. We were ok with that. Unless someone has something better, we'll stick with GS for now
