In the city of Detroit in a neighborhood on the west side there is the intersection of "Trojan" and "Beaverland".
Saw a billboard south of Louisville, Ky that was an ad for a tatoo parlor. It said "Tatoos done while you wait"

I have seen a sign (like below) in a few McDonalds parking lots on 1 or 2 parking spaces each. Now, I will say that I understand the intent of the sign, but it just looked ironical.

Drive Thru

Tattoo Charlies Use to see that one all the time. The guy who had that tattoo shop passed away a couple of years ago. The shop is still there, but I don't know If they still do it while you wait. :-)

On I-135 norlthbound in Kansas Isaw this sign --

Visit Historic Minneapolis
Home of George W Carver
Miss Kansas 2007

I'm guessing the Miss Kansas Pagent must have been a little lax about the rules that year. Carver died in the 40's and I doubt anyone called him "Miss Carver"

One of my favorite roadside signs was in a western state. We were riding along looking at the scenery and there it was! The billlboard said ( I actually don't remember the guy's name so I will substitute), " 'Acme' Toeing Service"

Just outside of a convenience store near St. Augustine Florida there was one of those signs that can be rolled out and connected to electricity. The sign is made by adding the letters as needed. Evidently they were having a sale and one of the items was Blue Bell Ice Cream. This one made me laugh until I cried..."Blue Ball Ice Cream" was on their sign. Huked own foniks werked for sumwon, huh?

If you ever come to Pennsylvania Dutch Country in PA, you can visit the village of Blue Ball- which is located about half-way between Intercourse and Paradise.
