i'm afraid it is not in the past, she will get a true verdict when she is judged by god and today he showed his rath at the jury verdict with a lightening strike. Caylee does have someone that is speaking for her and all the other children that are murdered or abused.

John,

All of the jurors including the alternates came from the Tampa FL area. They could not use anyone from the Orlando area due to ALL of the previous hype and media sensationalism taking place in Orlando. They would have been too prejudiced against the defendant. It would have ended up in a mistrial if that had happened.

Everyone in this country is entitled to a fair trial, judged by your peers, 12 different people. You are just one person out of 12, and you are making your decision based again on media hype, not the same information that the jurors had to deliberate on.

Would you want to be judged by a panel of jurors that were prejudiced against you from the start?

Also, we are presumed to be innocent until PROVEN guilty. We are not part of that process being a defendant. It's up to the prosecutors to prove that we are guilty.

Only my opinion. I was NOT one of the jurors.

Remember, a "not guilty" does not mean innocent. It just means the jury didn't think there was enough proof to find her guilty.

Correct! Not guilty of what she was charged with.

It would seem that other charges should have been brought.

Scotland has a third verdict, Not Proven. It is essentially an acquittal but carries less stigma for the jury. Seems to me that is what they were trying to say.
IMHO the jury was looking for some kind of evidence as seen on TV. Genetic evidence, a footprint in the mud or some mysterious satellite camera photo would have convicted her.

According to the 6 oclock news last night she is going to be sued in civil court by a law firm called Morgan and Morgan. they will be representing the woman that Casy said was the nanny.
This will prove interesting.

Billieg did you do the photo editing? If so,, please tell me how you did it!!!!

Opinions.........everyone has one, no matter what the subject is.

Linda,,, I watched most of the trial,, didn't hear anything about 'her' stating that she put the body in the swamp, nor that she did anything.. ??? Maybe I wasn't watching TV that day..

I feel that the Prosecution failed to do their job, I feel the Judge failed society by allowing the picture that was doctored up for the jury and the media. I feel bad that a child ended up where Kaylee did, but there are children being abused everyday.. try to help one of them while there is still time.

So, based on the FACTS that were presented.. the jury had no choice but to say NOT Guilty.

There were no DNA to prove anything.. and if this were your sister, daughter etc..

As most have stated,,, leave it alone... You cannot change anything that is pertained to this verdict.....

Helen

The real crime here is that the DA brought the case to court with absolutely zero evidence! Now, if she's guilty she can't be retried.

FIRE THE DA!

The DA must've missed his classes on evidence in court trials or cheated on his exams at the bar. How else did the staff miss presenting vital evidence or requesting lesser provable charges? The jury deliberated on what they had, and the verdict is.. that kids mother is plenty smart on how to kill a kid. If you ever want to kill a kid, see her for complete instructions on how to....then go out and have a party afterwards...she did!!
