From what the media spoon fed us? Guilty

From what we know for fact and not biased by the media or distorted by the DA or Defense? We don't have enough direct knowledge of the facts so who can say for absolute certainty?

Today's media doesn't just report the news, they interpret it and spoon feed their take on it. Don't ya love it when Katy tells us what so and so just said in a speech you watched?

This person may have done it... or, maybe not. I cannot say guilty or not guilty since I didn't hear the case or have access to the evidence and since we are innocent until proven guilty in this country I have to answer with I do not know.

[QUOTE=Jack R;897319]Sorry. Not guilty was the verdict by the JURY who heard ALL the evidence. We only heard what the news wanted us to hear/read.

jack

Very true all reports we heard were for ratings. Nothing more. The news was very biased and was leaning the way the public was. I understand not reporting for 31 days. BUT where were the Loving Grand Parents. They also didn't do much for the 31 days. Guilty but not guilty. The jury heard the true evidence and we did not. Just bits and pieces.. She has a whole life time ahead of her and has to live with this every single day. We all should not judge so harshly. Be kind to the jurors they had a tough job and they have to decide a verdict on the facts that were presented. The prosecution did a poor job according to the verdict. The defense did an excellent job according to the verdit. I think the jurors did and excellent job. All though it might not be what you all wanted to hear.

the prosecution failed in a big way by not explaining resonable inference. its the legal counterpoint to resonable doubt. in most circumstantial cases, resonable inference is what puts people in prison. it's not that the defense did such a good job, it's that the prosecution fail in a big way.

Oh man, all you need to get a life! I spent no time listening or following the case. Here is my take... LOW LIFE in every respect. OK?! Not guilty... Time to move on.

I' going to weigh in on this. The jury ACQUITTED her, they did not find her NOT GUILTY. There is a huge difference between the two. Although anyone with half a brain could have figured out that there is foul play involved when the body is found with duct tape across the face. Jury says they were concerned with no proven motive.EXCUSE ME? Her partying right after her kid disappears doesn't ring "motive?" and the jurors actually BOUGHT the crap about drowning. In my eyes, a defendant who does not testify in their own defense has come thing to hide. They were all duped. Hope they can live with their decision. I wonder if she's out searching for the "real killer," like OJ Simpson?

Innocent until proven guilty. Not enough proof was presented by prosecution to lead to a guilty verdict by the jury, she was found not guilty. Sounds like some here would have her tried again.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I DON'T LISTEN TO THE NEWS. My life is peaceful and uncomplicated and I aim to keep it that way. So if you think I have my head in the sand you are correct, I'm in up to my shoulders. BUT HAPPY !

Not yet Melvonnar

A jury found her Not guilty, the iRV2 lynch Mob has found her Guilty. A third trial is needed to determiine who is right. The jury or the lynch Mob??
