Guilty ,just give her time, she'll mess up again. When she gets out she will have the "I got away with it" mentality ,can't touch me...It may take her a while ,look at OJ . Took him over 10 years .But they finally got him.
Just hope she doesn't kill again.

Here is my take on the trial and the jury.
One ... The prosecution had no real evidence that she killed that baby.
Two.... They had a lot of circumstantial evidence that showed she probably had opportunity and possible motive but nothing iron clad in any way.
Three. They had to prove she was Guilty and she did not have to prove anything.
Four.... She was tried by 12 people that was not smart enough to get out of JURY DUTY and had nothing better to do than be sequestered for over a month with a bunch of strangers with no TV, Radio, or entertainment of much of any kind. I want smarter people than that to sit on my Jury if I ever need one.
Five. Yep, she is guilty as sin and some day (or night) she will get hers. She will have great opportunity to make a lot of money really quick and a host of new ''friends'' and ''hangers on'' and ''glory seekers'' that will want to be her friend and help her spend the big bucks. She will be like a roman candle and after the money and the book and the movie deal and all the fame she will be YESTERDAYS NEWS and die broke in a gutter drowning in her own puke. Would it not be ironic if she finishes up rotting in a bag with tape on her head and no one prosecuted for the ''crime''?
Six.... Do not be surprised if some ''nut bag'' dont ''capp'' her after she gets out of jail later this month...... Kaylee was a beautiful, innocent, doll that a lot of people love and they want to see ''Justice for Kaylee''..........
Seven. Her best bet is to move to Montana and live in a cabin up in the Rockies for a few years and pray to God that the ''crazies'' forget whom she is and what she looks like.
GUILTY... I respect your opinion.....
ps. To keep this in context...... If she buys a motor home I absolutely will not help her in any way. There, now it is RV related...
Time for our troops too come home.........

My take is this: We the people are only given a portion of the evidence presented to the jury, Only the information the media feels we need to see, and the concept of a fair and balanced media... HISTORY Folks, HISTORY.
The Jury, on the other hand, gets a ton of information, way more than you and I will ever see.. And the Jury... Was not convinced and thus voted NOT GUILTY.
Myself. my opinion is: I only have very biased information. Thus the media is guilty of bias.. And yes, sometimes that bias results in murder, and yes the Media, in some cases, is very clearly guilty of the murder of innocenets due to presentation of biased information.

YUP she's guilty but so are you all!!!! You are rapists and hoes. You have the equipment therefore you are guilty. Sure it's all circumstantial evidence but you are all guilty. And I know this from the EVIDENCE. You know more than 12 people on a jury who heard all the evidence. Then weighed it on, someone might die from your decision. Do I think she had something to do with the death yes. But I can't put a rope around her neck from what I saw as proof from slanted Nancy Grace.

The jurors said that the prosecution put up a lot of dots but could never connect them.
If you are going to ask to kill someone, you need to connect the dots, sorry.
The real tragedy is that, despite having NO motive, and NO past record of child abuse, the prosecution was allowed to waste the time and money prosecuting on a charge they should have known they could never prove (unlike various negligence charges, with which they would have had a much higher chance of sending Casey Anthony to prison for decades, but didn't seem as sexy).

Per the Supreme Court: "It is our deep and settled conviction, confirmed by a re-examination of the authorities … that the jury, upon the general issue of guilty or not guilty in a criminal case, have the right, as well as the power, to decide, according to their own judgment and consciences, all questions, whether of law or of fact, involved in that issue.”
Let's let go of the "NO evidence" rhetoric. She admitted Caylee died. There's your connection. She admitted to her being taped and stuffed in a swamp to rot away. She dumped her kid and went on to party and celebrate her daughter's death with "beautiful life" tattoos. She didn't report it for 31 days. Traces of chloroform found in the car, however small.
Yes, if you were to look at each piece of evidence individually, there is indeed reasonable doubt. Piecing it together, which does not require a rocket scientist, I don't see how there's any room for reasonable doubt.
Unsure what role Casey's father played? I would guess not much, if any. As mentioned, what would be gained by taking an alleged accidental death and spinning it as a homicide?? Casey failed to report it because her dad sexually abused her? She was abused, yet she was 22 at the time, was well within her right to move out of the abusive home, but chose not to.. with her baby. Abusive? Please!
If cases were black and white and concrete, we wouldn't need juries to begin with. The point of a jury is to apply "judgment and consciences" to the facts provided. In my not-so-humble, there's 12 people -- who twirled their pens (literally), took no notes and took less than 11hrs to reach a verdict before jumping in their van and bailing from the city -- who lack such judgment.
I'm not sure what kind of "media bias" we're referring to. Ultimately: she put her kid in the woods, let it decompose, went and partied while fabricating ridiculous lies for 31 days before ever mentioning it. That's from her, not the media. That's good enough for me... and I (along with just about everyone else) were certainly able to "connect the dots." Shame others weren't.

About every time we turn on the TV.
I am amazed how people that know none of the people involved in this and may live a thousand miles away can get so balled up in it. I feel terrible about the little child that lost her life for no reason. But for the most part, who cares. Another media circus. I watched maybe five minutes of the fiasco only because DW seems to have super glued the TV remote to her hand.
It is like when some actor or actress dies and people have a breakdown. Hey you never met them. Get over it, get a life.
I don't mean to insult anyone that watched every second of the trial. Just not what I like to do I guess.
Think I will get another cup of coffee, maybe put some Bailey's in it, go out on the deck and forget about the world.

The prosecution would be basking in the sun had they won the first degree murder conviction and that, I think, affected their thinking. Had they charged her with child neglect and manslaughter they likely would have won the case but enjoyed fewer accolades. Now they are trying to deflect the outcome of their bad decision onto the jurors.
