Love the picture for what it's worth...
Having said that, my first thought was "I'd hate to show up at a local watering hole with that thing if there were a bunch of 1% er's hanging around."
I'm sure that would be waaaaay too much attention.

I did a Google search on "Harley Mini truck" but could only find the same pic on a couple of different sites. If you look at the plates on the cars in the background it would seem that the pic's were taken in Europe.
