Have You Ever Wanted To Make A Cookbook...Try It:):)

I got to make a cookbook with a group of online friends. We had a great time making it and some even gave them away as gifts. You can see what we did here

That's great! Way to go!

I just had a look at the site, it seems a bit pricey though and it doesn't look like you (the author) really make any royalties, do you? Perhaps I read it wrong? Do they have any distribution avenues, are they cross posting on Amazon, or is it just available from their website? I looked around, but didn't see much info on their site about this stuff.

I ask, because I too am working on a cookbook, but am planning to use CreateSpace/Kindle, which will allow me to sell it for about $7.99 print and $2.99 ebook, and make 40% royalties ($3.19) on print and 70% royalties ($2.09) on ebook sales, plus it'll be available at traditional bookstores in addition to on Amazon. But that also means I have to do all the formatting myself and take all the pictures of recipes and do my own cover art - no templates, so it's taking me months actually to get it all worked out.

That site is for individuals to make a cookbook. It is for friends and families to make not to sell. There are no royalties.
