Well I finally got through to Customer Retention Dept. after an hour on the phone the following results.
At no charge to me. Friday the 9th between 9 and 12 an installer will be here in La Grange and will do the necessary change that I requested.
1: SD LNB with a round dish.
2: I will return Genie in self prepaid box.

Now all that is left to be seen is what happens when the Installer gets here on Friday.

Glad to hear things will be right for you. Getting through to a real person on customer service is very difficult on all companies now. I just wish they would drop the "Your call is very important to us" crap. If the call was really important they would have more agents there to take the calls.

But, you did get through and got what you wanted so good for you. I wish you all the best.
