Foggy, cool, Maine.

We stopped in Florida to get a blow seal on the hydraulics lifts repaired. They said it would take 7 days for parts. We were coming to Maine anyway, and didn't want to stay there for a week. So the DS is getting so warranty work done.

I agree with the sleeping later. It's very quiet and cool and makes for great sleeping under a quilt.

Pulled out of Turning Stone's Villages RV Resort and ran the back roads to Pine Island CG in Bainbridge, NY. Only 30 amp but a great little CG. Backed in right on the Unadilla River. Friday night is pizza night. Order it the way you want it and they make it and deliver it to your site. Nice people here.

We are in Cajun Palms RV Park in Henderson LA site 159. We are also riding out Hurricane Ike. Our winds are gusting to about 35 MPH at times with heavy rain. Yes we are watching Monk on TV.

Boston Minute Man campground,Littleton,Ma. Just got here. Last night in Framingham,Ma. Got down to 39 degrees, burr. We forgot to turn on the heat until it woke us around 4:00 am.

We are staying here for a week at least and just chill out with the Boston tourist thing, visit some family and friends. Someone told us about this park last week from the forum and thought we'd check it out.

Nice park, clean, plenty of trees and quiet so far. If anything we will be making some noise. We had to bring our parrot on this trip. She is pretty quiet most of the time. In the mornings she has been known to whistle at people walking by. We don't know where we are going next. Just going somewhere. WE ARE JUST NOT GOOD AT MAKING PLANS AHEAD OF TIME.

We are all packed up and hoping the weather will clear a bit so we can leave tomorrow for Myrtle Beach,SC. We haven't been anywhere since the first of June so we've got cabin fever and have to see the grand kids that live at Surfside Beach. I think we'll be staying at Pirateland,we can stay two nights half price, paying full price for the rest.

We're at Mi-Te-Jo Campground Milton, NH. A whole 15 min ride from our house.
This season didn't turn out like we wanted due to an injury to our son-in-law. Hope to get out once more to visit our son in PA.

Hope you're out & feeling better soon from whatever is ailing you/whatever you broke. Is there anything we can send other than sympathy?
