Hmmm ribs. SPARERIBS - not Possum ribs. But with the right sauce or dry rub... It might work. Possum's Rib and Hot Links Bacon and Cold Beer. (Or is it all Ale over there on the Island?)

I hear ya... I got overly pickled Saturday night. Ohhh brother. I suspect about 27 years of steam was ready to blow and it caught me by surprise. Fortunately - I never left the comfort of home... geesh. It was a long time coming.
