To the BACON Lovers,
I just found this thread. Came here to learn about MHs before I buy and here I find the most intelligent people on the face of the earth because they appreciate and love a good rasher of BACON same as I do.
What joy in finding this thread. Finally someone with the same need to cook and eat BACON! I have had BACON in England and it is thick and tasty and wonderful. Very similar to BACON I had in Mexico when visiting down there.
I would post a picture of my BACON but it was eaten this morning before I found this thread. I will control my urges next cooking so I can get a pic and when I get back to Nixon's Meats where we buy our BACON, I will take pictures of it in the cooler. Lovely BACON there! Oh heck, all their meat is great!
I really appreciate your addiction as it is also mine and I make no excuses or apologies for it. I Love that I am addicted to BACON! I work in Cardiology and I figure if it costs me a few years it is worth it to eat BACON!

Hello Lynne.
Here is what was going to be this mornings bacon until Annie found it in the freezer. 4 lbs of Wright Applewood Bacon - frozen together like a brick. The 2 two pound packs were $4 a pound at Sams in the RGV.
