Which would you choose?

I think we can probably figure out the answer most of you would give.
I chose both folded together.

A friend raised some pigs, fed them mostly whey but threw in kitchen scraps and over ripe apples. This is some of the best bacon we have ever had, we are trying to stretch it out as we won't be getting any more.
I will reserve judgement on scrapple until I try it but that isn't likely here in the west. Lutefisk is another story, I am of Norwegian heritage on my mother's side but just can't get that stuff down. I do like pickled herring much to my wife's disgust.

I tried pickled Herring; wanted to vomit. Scrapple on the other hand is delicious, but if you think about what it's made from, you want to vomit.

And about that pig:

That`s some pig....

A farmer and his friend are talking, at some point in the conversation, the farmers three-legged pig walks by. The friend asks about the lame pig, and why the farmer hasn't killed it off.

A farmer and his friend are talking, at some point in the conversation, the farmers three-legged pig walks by. The friend asks about the lame pig, and why the farmer hasn't killed it off.

"Well," the farmer says, "that pig has helped us through a lot.. last month our house caught on fire, and he dragged me and my family to safety. Then a few days later, my boy was drowning in the lake and the pig helped him out."

The farmers friend was still confused and asked, "So how did the pig lose his leg?"

"Well.." the farmer answered, "a pig like that, you can't eat all at once."

Cooking that much for two X two is about right but that's only kosher if you're also going to cook about a dozen or so eggs.

Not quite - but there's more of you're on your way!

Are we having hash browns with that and maybe some French toast? I'll bring the cinnamon rolls.

Bring cinnamon rolls? With that oven you're looking to get you'd better be baking them on the spot.

PushedAround,

That is part of why I want the oven. I can't bake things like cinnamon rolls without it.
