Meal plan for tonight
I have a potato and some veggies in the steam a matic (Steamer)
And Bacon Chedder Meatloaf in the oven
1 pound lean ground beef
10 Slices of Bacon (i used closer to 15)
1 Yellow Onion Diced (opps)
2 Eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
1/4 cup Low-Fat Mayonnaise (Who measures?)
1 Tbl Wochestershire Sauce (likewise)
1/3 cup Ketchup (again)
1 Tbl Mustard
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Shredded
Salt (kosher) and pepper (black) to taste (omitted)
Mix well, loaf pan and bake for 35-40 at 350F
The major problem I had typing this was keyboard drool.
I normally add onion soup mix but forgot that too this time.
