So did ya do bacon vodka-tini or Bloody Mary? I would think the smoky bacon flavor would be good in the Bloody Mary. I do have bacon rimshot salt for the glass now. Pretty good stuff.

Vodka Bloody Mary, with lots of pepper & horseradish. It was excellent!

Actually I like Gin Bloody Mary's even better as the sharpness of the Gin really adds to the flavor.

Has anyone here bothered to make bacon cups? There's a gadget, of course, for forming them so you can then cook one egg in each one. I'd put in a pic, but I haven't tried it yet. Seems to me a muffin tin would do as good a job as any gadget.

Gotta go eat. DH's bacon ... It's not as good as mine, but will have to do. Mine ran out while I thought there was more waiting for me in the freezer. Bawwww!

Cheers!
Sue

I have not... but think it's probably not as good as it looks.

I do wonder why there is so much talk of bacon and yet so few pictures of actual iRV2-ers with actual bacon. Pictures or didn't happen theory would suggest we talk a good bacon game...

Sitting here at w*rk drinking my Starbucks when it occurred to me that they should make Bacon infused coffee, or even just put little chips of it (like they do in chocolate) in the coffee. It would be much more efficient that way.
