Life's short. Eat dessert first. Just dip your bacon in chocolate and you're all set. (Don't knock it til you've tried it!)

It's hard to believe a bacon thread can't thrive on the forum...

Hiya! <waving> I had no bacon news to report or comment on.

But now I do! There is a Maple Bacon milk chocolate bar on the market (at a vastly inflated price). I bought 2 -- one to taste test, and the other to give to some lucky (?) mutant, somewhere, sometime.

Now, this is an interesting taste experience! Three of us have tried it. First, along with the obvious chocolate hit, you get either the salt or the maple, then the smoke. Finally, if you savor it long enough, you might get the bacon. A little bit.

There is real bacon in there, but cut so finely that you wouldn't recognize it. Not a problem, just an observation.

Still, it's a fun deal.

See? Now aren't you glad I came back???

Cheers!
Sue

Crispy or not at all. Limp bacon - is not for me.
