Boy do I feel better. After my fourth attempt to use the rv card with the same results I cut it in half and trashed it today. Good luck guys..

Hi BobGed,
There may be an answer for the price at the Boron location (post #310). This location is not listed in the PFJ RV Travel Guide. This location is not listed in the PFJ OTR Travel Guide. Consider your question to PFJ to be, what should an RVer expect when fueling at a station not listed in the RV Travel Guide. To me, the cash price is the correct price, in this situation. However, to receive the most current information PFJ should be your source.
The Frazier Park problem remains a mystery. It is listed in the PFJ RV Travel Guide. Please post here with the answer(s) you receive from PFJ.

The Pilot Boron Travel Center #200 is actually listed in their directory as Kramer Junction (Boron).

Bottom line here is that FJ/Pilot is still FUBAR. Have had several tell us the 500 gallon policy is still in effect, while others said it should work the next time we use it. Needless to say the card still won't turn on the pumps.
More than a few times recently at least one RV lane has been blocked by someone parked in their car waiting to have propane cylinders filled.

Hi everyone,
The following has been added to the beginning of post #1.
"Beginning May 30, 2011, I will no longer actively monitor this thread. All the information needed to take advantage of the PFJ RV Frequent Fueler Program or ask questions of PFJ is contained in this post and the links provided. The information, in this post, is accurate as of May 29, 2011."

For loyal followers, the Gkids are about to exit school and it is time for me to hit the road. For several months, my participation in iRV2 will be not much above zero. This happens every year, about this time. In the past, I informed only the moderators. However, because of this thread and my daughter and SIL are now at the house, I decided to provide this information. I didn't want anyone to feel I just stopped contributing for no good reason.
If you feel I can help, PM me. If you post a request, it may get lost in the thread.

PFJ in Jarrell, TX (North of Austin)
Truck Pumps. RV Real Value card started pump. Price was 3 cents off cash price. I pumped $285 diesel. Told cashier "RV Pump Start" and gave her the Real Value card and my credit card. She swiped both and gave me my receipt. done.
All worked as it should.
I am a happy customer.

Fueled up at the Whiteland Indiana Flying J (s. of Indy) on I65 yesterday.....No problem with the procedure at the RV pumps but gas pump shut off at $100 not the $75 limit stated with a MC. Just points up there are still exceptions to the policy and not all locations are using the same rules. I will continue to use Flying J when traveling as I like the convenience of the RV islands.

Dave,
I'm curious, what are the prices now at FJ? When ever I'm near, FJ & Pilot are always higher in price than the surrounding stations.

I think I paid 3.85 for unleaded yesterday less the .02 discount. I have found Pilot/Flying J to be competitive in our travels and usually less than nearby stations.
Most stations I saw in Indiana over the week-end were 3.88 to 3.94/gal.

Well, that's good to know. For a while now they've been higher than surrounding stations. Maybe they've restructured,... again.
