I'm currently attending Camp Freightliner in Gaffney and my wife was out playing cards today-Mastercard, Visa, Amex, etc. She needed to stop for groceries before returning to the Freightliner service center so unlike me she asked an elderly couple getting into their car where the nearest store was located. According to my wife, they said in their best southern drawl "oh honey just follow us, we will show you". Of course my wife tried to explain she just needed directions (makes me wonder why I bought that high dollar GPS) but they insisted on escorting her because "well honey, you know its pretty far". Two miles later they pulled into the parking lot and my wife pulled up next to them to thank them for their helpfulness. They put their window down and said they were so glad to be of help.

Golly, I wish we could run in to these kind of folks on a regular basis...maybe we do and we're in too much of a hurry to notice. Thank you South Carolina for your hospitality.
