Even though we just got back from a week-long trip to Gatlinburg yesterday, DW has managed to bake the following for tomorrow:

1. Strawberry filled chocolate ganache covered cheesecake
2. Pumpkin Cheesecake
3. Apple Crumb Pie
4. Pumpkin Pie
5. Banana Coconut Cream Meringue Pie
6. Chocolate Pudding Pie

Plus 3 more that family is bringing.
7. Pizzelles
8. Thanksgiving Butter Cookies
9. Crumb Cake

Guess I know what my New Years resolution will be AGAIN this year...

Happy Thanksgiving!

I normally bake the pies for the family holiday get togethers. I normally do a couple of pumpkins(use fresh pumpkin not canned) a couple of deep dish apple (use fresh apples not canned) a pecan and a fresh lemon mergeinge. I also make my own crust from scatch.
