Troll here. Lived/worked in the Waterford area (West of Pontiac) my entire life. Have had a second home in Gaylord since 98. That's sold now, and a house in Cedar Springs FL has been purchased. So trading my troll uniform for a snowbird's?

Born and grew up on the far east side of Detroit. One block over and you were in Harper Woods. Got married and moved out to the Cohoctah area, 13 miles north of Howell.

I guess my experience counts. Born in Detroit, lived there, St. Clair Shores, Mt. Clemens and Garden City (address now in Westland). Transferred to Lexington KY in 1959, and still here. We used to drive to Petosky for the weekend to ski, but don't have that much stamina any more. Sister lives near Canton.

Note: the Wayne County fairground, near Ypsi has a good inexpensive campground to use as a base for travel in the area.

Formally Michigan

I was born and raised in Lansing, worked for GM for 30 years and then retired in 09. Lived in Lansing, Holt and Charlotte. We have since moved to South Dakota, we still go back to Michigan in the spring and summer to see family there. But all the rest of the time we spend seeing parts of this country we havent been to before.

Cheers !!!!
