My son still has the '65 that I restored when he was four years old back in '82. A red coupe. Also did a '67 390 GTA fastback.

We have a car that started life as a 97 mustang and it is now one of ten Luxxors in the world. (the guy went busted, but that is another story)
I bought it for willa for a birthday present. The car started life as a 97 Mustang convartable GT The frame was stretched to a 144 inch wheel base and the car is almost 19 feet long bumper to bumper. Lots of folks ask is it a Rolls Royce or a Duzie. It has the ''front porch with the horns , badge bars , gull wing finders and large head lights and with the top down, nothing is neater. I have had people in BMW convertibles run me down just to take a pix of the car and the same for Mercedes convertibles. There is a ''summer camp'' for Florida snow birds that come to Nc for the summer that is named ''Blowing Rock''. It is literally crawling with rich people in the summer. An outhouse in ''Blowing Rock'' costs half a mill and up from there. Sometimes me and Willa will go up to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the shortest way is thru ''Blowing Rock''. We load up the dogs and spiff up and drive slow thru ''Blowing Rock'' and watch the phones and cameras click....... Occasionally someone will stop us in the street and do a ''walk around'' with a camera and then ask us ''What kind of old car is it?" ........ I will post a pix when I figure out how...........
God bless our vets .... ALL GAVE SOME .... SOME GAVE ALL....

Willas birthday mustang slightly modified......
She already had Tupper Wear, a Vacume cleaner, and a blender and I couldnt figure out what to get her so I had this custom built up in Pa. We drive this car about every day as daily transportation.
Wanna see our 34 Benz convertible?????????

I used to have a 1973 Mustang Grande. The ex has it now. So I will probably get another and restore it.
