I'll post another picture this evening...along with a couple more pics of a few more lots...and then I'll give everyone the price tomorrow night.

The boat dock you see in the picture belongs to the lot also. You can have 7.5 HP electric boats...look HERE for a picture of one of the boats...

If one could get to the ocean from this waterway I would say it would be worth a bunch. It looks pretty nice but it looks a lot like Palm Springs, California and if so I don't guess the ocean is a choice.

Well, it is certainly a beautiful view! The better question for me would be how much would I pay to rent it for a week or two... 'cause we like to see lots of views (the answer to that question is... we'd pay quite a bit!) But, as I'm in real estate (I'm a Broker and we own a small RV Park... and always looking for the next investment), I'm really looking forward to the answer! It is beautiful, do you own a lot there? By the way, I didn't read through the entire thread that you linked to regarding the boats, so I know nothing!

So are you going to tell us you bought a lot!!?!? I know how much you paid to camp there, but I am sure the purchase price is a bit steeper than that

Well, I wouldn't pay the price but I'm willing to take a guess at the price.

I'll guess $585,000.

Did I forget to mention the 9/2 golf coarse?

...or the three pools and three tennis courts?
