How was everyone's Summer?

How was your Summer? More miles than last year?

For us... Well it has been interesting moving into the RV FT and been in 2 states and three communities.

We also have never been in our RV for this long of a period and we have really enjoyed it thus far. Last year we put in a W/D and being FT for now we are so glad we have them.

Meeting so many FT or nearly FT. Folks who spend 6-9 months on the road.

We have our motorcycles still up for sale and they have not sold. Getting rid of so much stuff was really a challenge but most of it is gone! Really grateful to folks here who gave us some fantastic tips on that process.
We get a RV Workers notification and see they are looking for help with fall harvest in SD Oct/Nov and kicking that idea around. But all in all it has been a fantastic time in our home on wheels. We met one couple who told us they have traveled 20k miles this year. WOW to us that seems like a lot of time on the road. For us we like to take it a bit slower.....

The highlights though are definitely meeting people and hear their story. Sharing great places to see and where we have been in the local area. Oh, and Duke... He's having a great time also!!

Time flys when your having fun..... How has your summer gone?

Is it summer? I can't tell because the highs have been in the low 70s and the lows in the low 50s here in Ohio. It feels more like fall. Other than that, we are enjoying our time in Amish country.
