Lil' Southwind is back home where he belongs. Looks like he did when he left for the week end. Awwwwww. Now I feel better.

Wait a minit. Wife just informed me daughter #2 asked about reserving Lil' Southwind for Labor Day weekend. What??? What have I done?

Open the floodgates now haven't ya! I think I would have bought my kid a tent! LOL! ( or bought it and loaned it... in pretense, as they never come back the way they left...)

I was waiting on this one. My kids have taken trips with me and know how particular I am. They also know "the dog gets it all" if they put a scratch anywhere on my Dolphin.

We agreed long ago that we don't loan our rv to anyone, including the kids. They join us sometimes, but, loan it, Nope.

They'll not be allowed to drive it. But, it is something I can do for my kids and the grandchildren think it is something special to stay in "grampa's bus" for a week end. Now, if I/we have travel plans they know who gets the last word.

Ditto. My coach's license plate frame reads "PAPA's BUS".

Well 347is too much. Don't go for all at a time. Divide it and complete it one by one.

I'd like to see the list. Or would it crash the servers?

I was in the market for a used motorhome a few years ago; answered an add in the paper for a slightly used motorhome it was as discribed as just what I was looking for.
When I went to see it, the owner told me he had loaned it to his kids for the week end and hadn;t seen the inside yet since they brought it back.
When I opened the door I stopped right there, I"d seen enough, in one weekend his kids had trashed this motorhome.
I won't loan my motor home to anyone. period

Sounds to me that his children didn't learn the meaning of "respect".
