The only thing I have done different is get a back stretcher that Perry White recommenced. It hooks you my heals and I straighten my arms to push my spine longer. I've only used it about 5 times. Maybe it helped. It's supposed to elongate the joints and let fluid back in. Maybe it worked. Didn't hurt anything and was only $100. Ordered from Amazon on Monday and Brown delivered it Tuesday.

Can you send me the link for that? I always have lower back issues since I was a house framer in my earlier days and injured myself. Apparently it wasn't a good idea to try to lift a 17' long 3 ply 2"x12" Fir header by yourself.

You betcha buddy. This the best price I could find. Some come with a storage pouch, but it's not needed. It's so simple, you will be underwhelmed, but well made. Read the reviews and don't pay any attention to that one guy that hates everything. He is the same guy that posts bad reviews on every site that has a review.
