When we travel 2.5 hours to the mountain house we pass 4 CW, so when we became interested in RV we would stop over and over at these locations. Then down I-95 we pass four more. Can't count how many times we stopped at these too.

Not knowing, when it came time to buy, I thought we did our homework. CW seemed like a good fit, we pass them everywhere in the event we had a problem. Boy was I wrong.

We will get through this. Only thing I'll use them for is warranty work at this point.

I wouldn't if I were you! I had a minor warranty repair (bathroom ceiling vent) that took round three months at CW from the time I reported it to when the repairs were done.

Even warranty work would be suspect. I had a microwave and chassis AC compressor replaced under warranty. CW in Byron Ga. screwed up both. On the microwave on of the long attachment bolts fell out on the way home, took a month to get a new microwave. After replacing the AC compressor, they left AC oil all over the front of the motorhome.

I won't let them touch mine again.

If they were going to do it correctly for sure. They could just inflate to the manufacturers recommended inflation on the sticker and be OK.

CW does not stand alone!

Call to AAA:
Me. I need a battery delivered.
Them. No problem, where are you and car info...Very detailed car info. Gave me a price, I accepted.
(info taken, 30 min. response time)
Tow truck shows up, no battery. They jump me and I'm on my way.

Call to AAA confirms...they don't do battery delivery in the area I was in.
