I wonder who is out there?

The sun is just coming up, it still dusk looking and I was sitting here drinking coffee and looking out our windows to the west. I saw small lights moving through the fields, going off and on. That got my attention. Who on earth could be wandering around outside at this time of day? I carefully watched until the sun fully illuminated the ground and then I saw the source of the lights. It was deer, and when they would look toward the rising sun their eyes would reflect the light and I it looked like small flashlights moving around!

Gotta love nature

I think it was aliens disguised as deer! They were probably making crop circles!

You know you guys are scaring me more than the deer are!

Today I saw 6 female turkeys or hens walking in a straight line with their heads down head to butt, head to butt. Last in line was a big old Tom turkey strutting along, head held high, stopping every once in a while to spread his feathers and puff his chest as if to say "look at me, I am the greatest stud ever".
Just then my wife walked in and I told her to look at the scene before us and I said.....OK it was a really dumb thing to do, but I said " will you look at that, now that is the way men and woman should interact with each other".

And that is how the fight started!

Good news is in about a two months we will see these guys and gals again but they will have a dozen to two "Chiclets" running around them as they walk our fields.
Gotta love wildlife!
