RV port

i bought a cabin on a double lot in tahoe for the sole purpose of parking RV.
i was fulltiming, and got tired of campgrounds always full. I have full hookups for my RV and my brothers trailer including wifi and cable tv. He leaves it here for the summer. I have since remodeled cabin. i call it the clubhouse for our shared use with full showers and remodeld kitchen for cooking.....
Its awesome and i can bike ride everywhere. grocery store is 2 blocks as are many restaurants and casinos.
i like short trips to the many campgrounds down the street, such as fallen leaf lake campground and emerald bay state park to name a few.

Should I bring our boat? LOL

Sounds like you will have an idyllic retirement. Do you ski to take advantage of the ski areas?

hi gordon yes i do ski a little and by the way the 1960 deed to my lot included the right to moor a boat in lake tahoe free of charge in the ski run marina harbor....
i don't know how successful ill be enforcing that deed provision but am working on it.
