I hear Hawaii is nice all year 'round. That's about the only place the last 2 years that hasn't been subject to below normal temperatures much of the winter.
Seriously, the best chances (no guarantees) for warm temperatures are south Texas (Rio Grande Valley) and south Florida.

We are in Cave Creek, AZ. It has been in the 70s here this week. We had 2 days of "winter" here just after the first of the year, I wore a jacket.

It's been in the mid 70s here in Goodyear, Az and they're getting ready for Spring Training to start!
Maui was 82 yesterday but there are no big rig fuel stops along the way.

South Florida for me. We do have an occasional cold spell (gets into the 40's a night ). For most of the time days in the 70's and nights in the 50's.

Typically the hottest spots in the US in any given week are -
Palm Springs- GREAT little city in the mountain foothills practically immune to bad weather.
San Diego
Parker/Havasu
Brawley/ElCentro/ Glamis
Uncle Dave
