If I'm in my camper during the day, I'm:

If I'm in my camper during the day, I'm:

(1.) getting out of the rain
(2.) changing my clothes
(3.) using the facilities

Ever been camping and the neighbors spend all their time in their RV?

They never built a fire, never cooked, no lights, no chairs, nothing.

I've never understood the hibernators. Why not just sit in your camper in your driveway and save money.

Football!

I only watch a couple of games per weekend, so that might have been what I was doing.

One thing I don't do is wonder what someone else is doing.

Problems with camping in the driveway

1. It is too close to the landline phone that we go camping to get away from
2. It is too close to the house and the endless list of to-do items associated with it.
3. It is too close to the neighbors running lawnmowers at 7:30am on a Saturday morning.

The beauty of RVs is that can do (or not do) many things for many people. Sometimes, it is wonderful just to park it in a CG where no one bothers you and there is no requirement to be social.

1) Preparing something for the grill
2) Pouring a single malt
3) Carving sashimi off the yellow-fin one of us just caught

Considering I live in the PNW most likely I am in my RV because it is raining! The trip to CA last week was awesome - no rain and no being cooped up during a vacation. Of course it did rain on the way home once we hit Oregon.

So - other than that I am inside my RV because:
1) It's time to sleep
2) We are watching a movie
3) We are sitting out on our deck (We have a toy hauler). Technically we are in the RV….but we are outside as well.

I am prolly reading, or cooking or kicking back enjoying my/our solitude.
Or you missed us leaving with our fishin' gear. Or you missed us leaving with the "girls" for a walk. Or we are just passing through and need to rest up for the next leg of our journey.
